Heh, I figured you'd like the Spander-y ending. Much as I like angst, it would have made me sad to end it with "AND THEN SHE WAS SOOOO DEPRESSED FORE EVER AND EVER CAUSE HER LIFE WILL ALWAYS SUCK." Cause, aagh. Aside from being annoying to read, with the capitalization, it's too sad! Which is weird, because I would totally read something like that, and be all "Ooh, that was fun and depressing!" Eh. Guess it just wasn't right for this story.
